Brendan lives in Walnut Creek with his wife Renee and three children.
He’s a licensed real estate broker and investor and he represents buyers and sellers with the highest standard of excellence. Brendan is an active member of the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® and the community.
He’s a commissioner with the city of Walnut Creek and he also hosts the award-winning news magazine show "Creek Currents" for Walnut Creek TV.

You may recognize Ruby Lopez from the jumbotron at Oracle Arena where she spent 11 years as the In-Game Host and “Hype Girl” for the Golden State Warriors. Ruby is now the in-game host of the Oakland Athletics where she also emcees community events for local youth. Ruby is the host of an award-winning TV show for the City of Walnut Creek alongside fellow co-host Broker/Owner Brendan!
Ruby has served as the Marketing Director for the Livermore Downtown Association and as a TV Producer for Tri-Valley Television producing local content including “The Real Estate Show” for the Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
Ruby was born and raised in the East Bay and has lived in Livermore for the past 24 years. Her commitment to the community is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Ruby personally donates a portion of each transaction closed to local schools and community nonprofits.

Juan Carlos is God and family oriented. He’s been married to his soulmate, Eleonora, for 24 years, and is a father of two beautiful girls. Being so family-oriented, Juan Carlos understands how important it is to find a place our clients can call home.
He and his family moved from Southern California where he worked as a Team coordinator for Real Estate Brokers and is now real estate licensed and thrilled to be working in the Bay Area, as he now resides in Concord.
Juan Carlos is native to Guatemala and is bilingual. In his spare time, Juan Carlos loves to play the acoustic guitar.

Renee is a licensed Real Estate Agent, local business owner, and mom of three. She grew up in Moraga and now lives in Walnut Creek with her husband Brendan and their family.
When Renee isn’t selling homes, she’s a choreographer, teaching artist, and co-owner of Performing Academy, a leading performing arts training program for children with locations throughout the Bay Area.
